Invoice Generator ("we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by Ak Development. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information responsibly and transparently.

1. Information We Collect

Invoice Generator is designed to be minimal and privacy-first. We collect only the absolute minimum data required for the app to function.

Information you enter in the app:

• Your business name, email, phone, website, and logo URL (optional – used only in invoices you create)
• Client name, company, email, phone, and billing address (entered by you – used only in invoices)
• Invoice items, descriptions, quantities, prices, tax rate, notes, and payment instructions
• Invoice number, invoice date, and due date

Automatically collected (device & usage):

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. how many invoices created – no personal content)
• Error logs (only if the app crashes – no personal data included)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate, preview, and export the PDF invoices you create
• To remember your preferences within the current session (no persistent cloud storage of your invoices)
• To improve app stability and features through anonymized crash and usage reports
• To respond to support requests if you contact us

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require you to create an account or log in
• We do not store your invoices or personal data on our servers
• We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access
• We do not collect or store payment information of any kind
• We do not sell, rent, or share your entered content with third parties
• We do not use your invoice content for AI training, advertising, or marketing

4. Data Storage & Security

All data you enter stays only on your device. No invoice content is transmitted to or stored on our servers. PDF generation and all processing happen locally on your phone/tablet.

Any minimal analytics or crash reports are fully anonymized and sent only when you experience a crash (you can usually opt out via system settings).

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services (only for core functionality):

• Google Play Billing (if any in-app purchases are added in future – currently none)
• Printing / PDF rendering libraries (local, no data leaves device)

No advertising SDKs, trackers, or analytics platforms that profile users are included.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) are handled directly on your device:

• Clear app data / uninstall to remove everything locally
• Contact us if you have any concern about crash reports or support emails

7. Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. The new version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app message.
